Cooper has no superpowers. That being said, he is very smart, with observational skills on par with someone like Sherlock Holmes. He has watched people's body language in casual situations and been able to cold-read that they were romantically involved on several occasions, is a fantastic human lie detector, and generally notices everything. I will generally check with players personally before having him pick up on anything particularly Godmode-ish, but please consider anything described in brackets or prose during a thread to be fair game for him to notice. Don't worry, he's usually pretty tactful and knows some observations are to be kept between the observer and the observed.

Content Warnings: Occasionally Dale may discuss cases he's worked on with the FBI, which can include mentions of murder, rape, mutilation, and illegal drug use, but generally he's very clean-cut, polite, and safe for work, as it were.
